2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, logging in, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms are effective from the date indicated above and supersede all prior terms, agreements, or representations relating to your use of the plus77 Platform.

Age Restriction — 21 Years and Above: In accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines, access to the plus77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. Any person below the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing Wagers of any kind.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the plus77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3.3 Employees and immediate family members residing in the same household as employees of plus77, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party service providers involved in the operation of the Platform are ineligible to participate as Players. Any Account found to violate this provision will be immediately closed.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the plus77 Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All Accounts found to belong to the same individual may be suspended without notice, and any Balance held across such Accounts may be forfeited in accordance with Section 13.
4.2 Registration Information. When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identity document, date of birth, active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, plus77 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identity document (including but not limited to PhilSys ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and a self-portrait photograph holding said document. plus77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of ongoing compliance verification.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify plus77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. plus77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your Account or any portion of your Balance to any third party.
The following Philippine government-issued identity documents are accepted for KYC purposes:
plus77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Cashier section of the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted following successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. plus77 targets processing of withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified Accounts, subject to fraud and compliance checks. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to three (3) business days. plus77 reserves the right to process any withdrawal within a maximum period of five (5) business days where additional verification is required.
All transactions on the plus77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). plus77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. plus77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any such transaction will be rejected.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to deposits and withdrawals and are displayed within the Cashier at the time of transaction. plus77 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time and without prior notice.
plus77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law. In such circumstances, plus77 will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to address the concern, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: plus77 is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing rules. We conduct ongoing transaction monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use the Platform for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or financial crime.
6.1 All Games available on the plus77 Platform are subject to individual game rules provided by the respective game providers. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each Game before placing a Wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of any Wager.
6.2 All Wagers are final once confirmed. plus77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed Wagers, except where a demonstrable technical error has prevented the correct execution of a Wager.
6.3 In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during gameplay, plus77 will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game state. Where restoration is not possible, plus77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Wager to the Player's Balance. This is the Player's sole remedy in such circumstances.
6.4 Return to Player (RTP) Rates. All slot and casino games on the plus77 Platform operate with mathematically predetermined RTP rates certified by the relevant game providers. These rates represent theoretical long-term return figures and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Game RTPs are available within individual game information panels.
6.5 Minimum and maximum Wager amounts are displayed within each Game. plus77 reserves the right to alter minimum and maximum Wager limits at any time.
6.6 Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through the use of software, exploits, automated betting systems, or collusion with other Players or platform staff will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance in accordance with Section 13.
7.1 plus77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Player's real-money Balance. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; they must be converted to real-money winnings through the satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
7.3 Where a wagering requirement is not satisfied before the expiry date of the bonus, any remaining Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance shall be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. 11.1 All content on the plus77 Platform, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, game content, software, and the arrangement thereof, is the property of plus77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
11.2 Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.3 You must not use the plus77 name, logo, or any Platform content for any commercial purpose, in any marketing material, or in any manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by plus77, without prior written consent.
12.1 The plus77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plus77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 plus77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.
12.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, plus77's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 plus77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if plus77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude plus77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 plus77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting plus77 support. Any verified real-money Balance at the time of Account closure will be processed for return to the Player through their preferred payment method, subject to applicable verification and compliance checks. Bonus Balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
13.3 Where an Account is closed by plus77 due to a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud or underage gaming, plus77 reserves the right to retain any Balance in the Account as damages or to satisfy any liability arising from the breach.
14.1 Any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding the plus77 Platform, a specific Game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms should be raised with plus77's customer support team in the first instance through the live chat service available on the Platform.
14.2 plus77 will investigate all complaints in good faith and respond within a commercially reasonable timeframe. For complex disputes, the investigation period may extend to ten (10) business days.
14.3 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through plus77's internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.
14.4 With respect to Game outcomes, plus77's server logs and game records shall constitute the authoritative record of all Wagers, outcomes, and transaction events. In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on a Player's device and the records maintained by plus77's servers, the server records shall prevail.
15.1 plus77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this document. 16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.3 The plus77 Platform is operated in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit the regulatory authority of PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine government body over the Platform or its operations.
